BA does not offer refunds if you change your mind.
We require to be notified by e-mail or telephone within 24 hours of receipt of goods. If goods are wrong fit/size when purchased on-line, returns must be made within 7 days after notifying BA.

• Goods must not be worn, altered, damaged or washed.
• All tags must be attached
• Returns must include all original packaging and boxes
• Please ensure the goods do not have deodorant marks or body moisturises
• Please be careful of make-up rubbing off on garments

Once goods are returned and checked refund or exchange or credit will be applied. There will be no refund made for cost of freight.

No exchange or refund will be made for legwear, lingerie, beachwear and all sale items.

Due to the delicate nature of our product please take care when returning items. Please package all returns carefully, with bubble wrap or similar to ensure safe transport. We are not responsible for any damages due to incorrect packaging while in transit.

Please choose carefully as there is NO RETURN / NO EXCHANGE for change of mind on legwear, lingerie and beachwear due to quality and hygiene reasons. No returns or exchange on reduced/sale items.
